All conference rooms are located at the first floor and have natural daylight. A large banquet and catering room with sanitary rooms is adjacent. Equipment: Data projectors & overhead projector & large screens, DVD & stereo system with surround speakers, flipcharts and speaker’s chair. Wireless high speed internet access is available free of charge throughout the whole building. ask our manager for a tailor made offer or choose the full or 1/2 day all including conference package.

Our conference rooms can be used for any kind of event you wish to organize, our multi-lingual team can assist you with the organisation. At the Auberge the past years this rooms were used for concerts, art-exhibitions, lectures, company presentations, networking events, weddings, …was turned into a casino … Presentation of new cars and light heavy trucks etc…..Christmas and New Year parties, cocktail parties, company incentive parties, birthdays,

Our main parking has car capacity for 25 cars and our second parking behind us has capacity for another 40 till 50 cars.

Indoor we have standing capacity for 250 people and sitting capacity for 170 people. we are proud to say that we hosted many Conference and events over the past 10 years!
